About Blake LordBlake Lord was founded on May 22nd, 1991 by William J. Ignoffo. Bill has been involved in the roofing industry since 1970, when he worked with his uncle doing two and three flat apartment buildings in downtown Chicago.
Throughout his career, Bill had noticed many large scale roofing contractors declaring bankruptcy. He decided that to be successful as an owner in the roofing industry that he could not be afraid to get his hands dirty and hit the roof to ensure high efficiency, and more importantly, a high quality of workmanship. To this day Bill can be found selling, installing, and repairing roofs. Many of our clients gain confidence in the fact that the owner is actually on-sight overseeing and assisting in the installation of their new roof.
It has been 20 years of controlled growth for Blake Lord. Although our client base is growing, we are still able, with the help of new technologies and ideas, to stay small, and we consider ourselves to be an efficient, affordable, quality-driven, family owned roofing contractor. |
